High Nickel Alloy is a non-magnetic alloy having excellent mechanical properties offering excellent weldability as well as high tensile strength under the temperature ranges. High Nickel Alloy is the nickel and chromium stabilized alloy used for applications that require high-temperature service resistance and corrosion resistance. Inconel Hollow Bars are used in temperatures ranging from cryogenic temperature to elevated temperatures ranging 2000 Deg F. High Nickel Alloy content allows for better corrosion resistance and resistance to chloride ion SCC and also provides good resistance to alkaline solutions.
Inconel Hollow Bars have an anti-corrosive body, high tensile strength, smoothness in surface finishes, rugged construction, high mechanical properties, ability to hold high pressure, general corrosion resistance, and withstand in a high-temperature atmosphere. Inconel Hollow Bars are mainly used in the chemical industry and applications where high temperature and high pressure are required and conventionally used in bearing bars, boat shafts, valve shafts, pump shafts, piston shafts.
