Monoflange Block & Bleed Valves supplier
The function of the block and bleed valve system is to segregate or block the flow of fluid in the system so the fluid from upstream does not reach other components of the system that are downstream. Mono-flange Manifolds Valves are designed for connecting differential pressure transmitters or flow records to impulse line tubing. Monoflange Block & Bleed Valves are used in varied industries and applications such as on/ off shore, pneumatic system, refineries, pilot plant, high pressure instrument lines, analyser labs, gas sampling lines. Monoflange Block & Bleed Valves are manufactured in accordance with international quality standards.

Available Grade: Nickel Alloy (Inconel / Monel / Hastelloy / Nickel / SMO254) Cupro-Nickel / Duplex / Super Duplex / Titanium / Stainless Steel.
Size: Drain port size – ½”.
Class: ANSI B16.5 flanged inlet connection ½” to 2” Sizes 150 lbs rated to 2500 lbs rated.
Thickness: Material thickness to ANSI B16.34.
Other features: Non Rotating Stem Tip.
Pressure rating: 6000 psi (414 Bar) at 38 degrees Celsius.
Design: Available with Pipe to Pipe / Flange to Flange.
Temperature Rating: -54 degree Celsius to 232 degrees Celsius with PTFE Packing. Upto 426 degrees Celsius with Optional Graphoil Packing.
Testing: 100 % factory tested – Heat code traceability.
Certifications: EN 10204 TYPE 3.1.
